Abstract

This study employs research surveys, expert interviews, and literature analysis to explore the fundamental concepts, driving mechanisms, internal principles, challenges, and implementation pathways of digital intelligence technology in library intelligent transformation. Through both exogenous and endogenous drivers, digital intelligence technology is integrated into library construction, operations, services, governance, and resource systems, empowering libraries to achieve digitalization, efficiency enhancement, smart transformation, and low-carbon transition. Challenges in implementing intelligent transformation through digital intelligence technology include high renovation costs, fragmented smart modules, outdated conceptual understanding, talent shortages, and lack of standardized frameworks. Implementation strategies encompass: adhering to the "reader-first" principle in intelligent transformation, rationally advancing operational mechanism reforms, strategically selecting intelligent transformation models based on institutional conditions, guiding transformation with national standards, and enhancing governance capabilities through interdisciplinary talent development.
