Abstract

This study explores the location-routing optimization for pharmaceutical cold chain distribution, addressing the challenges of supply stability and efficiency. A dual-objective model minimizing cost and time is proposed, incorporating supply chain resilience. An improved NSGA-II algorithm based on multiverse theory enhances solution quality and convergence. Using real data from South China, the study analyzes distribution center resilience and reveals trade-offs via Hyper Volume analysis. The findings support practical decision-making and enhance supply chain reliability.
